01 — Why TieCamel

The trust gap

A small administrative miss can become an existential risk.

Accounting tools record transactions. Board portals organize meetings. Compliance calendars remind one person. Public filings arrive months later.

The dangerous gap lives between them: when an accountant sees an unpaid bill, an officer receives a notice, counsel knows a deadline, and everyone else assumes the situation is under control.

TieCamel turns private awareness into shared, accountable action.

01

Scattered signals

Critical facts live across inboxes, files, vendors, advisors, and disconnected systems.

02

Unclear ownership

Everyone knows the issue matters. No one can see who must act, review, or escalate it.

03

Trust by assertion

Members receive reassurance without enough source context, freshness, or durable evidence.

02 — The platform

One control plane

See the risk. Route the work. Prove the response.

TieCamel sits above the tools a nonprofit already uses and connects what they leave apart.

01One shared picture

Observe

Bring properties, filings, grants, insurance, loans, licenses, legal matters, and financial reporting into one source-labeled view.

02No single point of silence

Escalate

Give every obligation an owner, backup, reviewer, evidence requirement, and escalation path that cannot end with one silent inbox.

03Evidence over assurances

Prove

Publish privacy-respecting reports with source labels, reviewer attestations, an append-only history, and independently verifiable proof.

Built around the real work

From the first warning to the final publication.

Not another accounting system, file cabinet, or public accusation board. TieCamel is the oversight and evidence layer that connects them responsibly.

01Control plane

Assets & obligations

A living register for property, exemptions, filings, insurance, debt, grants, licenses, contracts, and every deadline that matters.

02Early warning

Deadlines & escalation

Risk states, reminders, acknowledgements, backup owners, independent review, and automatic escalation from staff to the full board.

03Governance

Decisions & follow-through

Record the question, evidence, advice, conflicts, vote, dissent, rationale, and assigned actions behind every material decision.

04Financial clarity

Reporting—not bookkeeping

Turn approved accounting data into budget, cash, debt, restricted-fund, legal-fee, and capital-project summaries for each audience.

05Stakeholder trust

Member transparency

Give verified members plain-language reports, material-risk status, board actions, data freshness, and structured ways to ask questions.

06Assurance

Evidence & review

Preserve source documents, corrections, attestations, access events, stale-data warnings, and an exportable audit history.

Transparency without exposure

One truth. The right view for every audience.

Finance staff, directors, reviewers, verified members, and the public do not need the same level of access. They do need the same source-labeled reality.

  • Approved financial summaries—not individual transactions
  • Material case milestones—not privileged legal strategy
  • Aggregate restricted funds and legal fees—not donor identities
  • Visible freshness, limitations, corrections, and disputes

03 — The trust model

Provenance on every claim

Clear about what is known—and what is not.

Transparency is not a wall of documents. It is a precise explanation of the source, freshness, reviewer, limitations, and history behind each material claim.

Verified

Confirmed by an official, connected, or independently reviewed source.

Organization reported

Submitted by the organization with its source and reporting date visible.

Unavailable

A source is missing, disconnected, stale, or not available for verification.

Disputed

A material claim is contested; the evidence and responses remain preserved.

Cryptographically verifiable · backed by Solana

A public notary for approved reports.

TieCamel converts each approved publication into a small cryptographic fingerprint. That fingerprint can be publicly timestamped on Solana, allowing anyone to verify that the report they received is complete for its stated scope and has not been silently replaced.

CThe Transparency Covenant

Every organization defines what must be tracked, who must be informed, what members may see, and what happens when a source disconnects or a deadline is missed.

Frequently asked

Good governance starts with good questions.

Does TieCamel replace our accounting or board software?+

No. Your accounting, banking, legal, and document systems remain authoritative. TieCamel connects their evidence to ownership, board oversight, escalation, and responsible disclosure.

Does transparency mean making everything public?+

No. Access is intentionally tiered. Donor identity, individual transactions, bank details, privileged legal strategy, personnel information, and sensitive security data remain private. Members and the public receive approved, useful summaries.

Why use Solana at all?+

Solana acts like a public notary. It can timestamp a tiny fingerprint of an approved report so anyone can later detect whether that report changed. No donations, documents, operating funds, or personal data need to go on-chain.

Can one officer close a critical incident?+

Not alone. High-risk issues require evidence and independent review, with escalation beyond the original owner when response deadlines are missed.

What happens when information is wrong or disputed?+

Corrections are appended, not erased. The original statement, correction, reason, evidence, and approving parties remain visible to authorized audiences.
